Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item).

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified).

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] or call us at 739.721.6398 x9723 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely repackage the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided in your RA confirmation email. Please ensure the package is insured and trackable.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 739.721.6398 x9723 with photos of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
